The KDE Project announced the KDE Plasma 5.15 beta (Plasma 5.14.90).
After over three months of development, here are the results of the developers' efforts. This release intends to make Plasma more intuitive and simple to use. The devs to achieve this purpose have mainly used the feedback received from the Visual Design Group. The final release is expected for next month (12 February).

PLASMA 5.15 INTRODUCES A SIGNIFICANT NUMBER OF IMPROVEMENTS, ESPECIALLY AT THE INTERFACE, AND NEW CONFIGURATION OPTIONS. MOLTRE ICONS ARE NEW OR REDESIGNED. OUR INTEGRATION WITH THIRD-PARTY APP (GTK) AS FIREFOX HAS IMPROVED FURTHER.

For Firefox for example it has introduced the ability to use the native dialogs KDE (for opening and saving files).
There are no new amazing features to list but "only" a lot of little news that goes to refine the user experience. The possibility of seeing the remaining battery of bluetooth devices in the Power widget has been introduced , the "Virtual Desktops" page has been renewed with support for Wayland . Present a new theme for Notes , improvements for KRunner and it is now possible to download and install new wallpaper directly from the configuration dialog.
Also Improvement Discover : improves the management of Snap and Flatkpak, the search of the app, repositories, and upgrades. Added a new "Sources" page that replaces "Settings".
