If what you want is the "normal version", just choose those identified as "desktop" and type architecture (i386 for 32-bit, amd64 for 64-bit):
As you probably can see, the versions Ubuntu Studio and Mythbuntu are not yet available, But is expected to be soon.
And there is much to tell the younger sisters of Ubuntu. All have the same "background" major version, including the Linux kernel and major components, just change the "shape".
For example, Kubuntu and Xubuntu main features include KDE SC 4.6.2 and Xfce 4.8 respectively, while Ubuntu Studio and Mythbuntu not yet know practically nothing. Everything else stays chosen software configuration and there are no surprises there (but if any, I will count them.)
