Solving problem of transparency in panels of Ubuntu 4.10

This problem if that was annoying in Ubuntu 10.04. The panels were seen transparecia wrong in wanting to apply. The solution had to arrive some time and again came from hand of a script of boys webupd8.

By using your script will achieve following change:

A much better-looking panels ubuntu. Let's see how to use it: first back off typing in a console as follows:

wget http://webupd8.googlecode.com/files/theme_bg_patcher2.py && chmod +x theme_bg_patcher2.py

and then just run it like this:

sudo python -u theme_bg_patcher2.py

and also in case following:

python -u theme_bg_patcher2.py

With that panels should be updated regardless of theme we use.
