We show how to create an RSS feed for any Google+ account, so you can read our favorite reader (Google Reader will be many, I guess). It's simple, and in fact, is not concerned to install something, since it is an application hosted on Google App Engine whose name is Google Plus Feed.
To subscribe to the feed of a particular user, you simply have to select your Google+ ID. To get that ID click on the user's name, and the address bar selects only the numbers after the ".com", thus:

Once you have selected the ID you'll have to copy the end of the following address http://plusfeed.appspot.com/, thus:

The new URL will be formed which will have to add to your favorite Feeds RSS reader ,But obviously, it will show only posts public.
