Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1 available

After a couple of months in beta, Red Hat announced the availability of the final Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1, Made on merit system in Linux distribution 'almost' by default in the corporate sector.

The Version 6.1 is an upgrade over version RHEL 6 launched November 2010 Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1, Thus fulfilling the semester update phase of the system.

In addition to the bug fixes and security updates maintaining compatibility with existing applications and certificates, RHEL 6.1 includes improvements in stability and performance ,In storage capacity and file system updates, virtualization and resource management. Companies like IBM say they have worked closely with Red Hat in its development and update its range of servers with the system. the new version is available free to subscribers via Red Hat Network.

Red Hat expects to surpass the record financial results the last quarter, confirming that the business model based on open source software works.
