CoverGloobus, Music on your desktop

Before he had spoken of Desktop Art, which integrated playback buttons and dials your desk. This time I show you something similar, but not equal. It is not same, because it adds more options and integration with desktop is better. Furthermore, another advantage is that it comes from Gloobus Preview Family

The first thing we will do is install it. To do this, open a terminal and add repository with Gloobus Cover
  • sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gloobus-dev/covergloobus
Then update and install with
  • sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install covergloobus
Once installed, you can access it from Applications/Accessories/CoverGloobus:

As you have noticed ... is same but not equal.

The first thing we do is set it up. For that with right button on front panel select Set Up:

If you notice, you can choose music player you're using right now, among which is:
  • Rhythmbox
  • Songbird
  • Exaile
  • Amarok
  • Banshee
It also enables display lyrics of music you are listening by downloading via Internet from sites that you can choose:

In addition, other option considered notable is ability to download and view guitar tabs on what you're listening:

Well my friends, is that this version was updated and brought news. The most remarkable is reorganization of options, separated. It also has new options, such as being able to download lyrics at another site if not available:

As you see, is a great application, without using lots of RAM (8 Mb to be exact), adds new options to your desktop. they recommend.
