McAfee is bought by Intel for $ 7.68 billion

Upon waking this morning, Intel CEO Paul Otellini must be thinking "Today is a good day for acquisitions.". The drawn was McAfee, which will begin operating as a subsidiary of Intel. Otellini said that "security is one of pillars that people will demand in all computing experiences." The purchase must be approved by table of shareholders of both companies.
